Great Service by a company that hands down had the best price. Angelo Perri was on point throughout the process, even communicated by his personal cell to make sure the job was handled from beginning to end. If you need waste removal of any kind make sure you contact Waste Connections of Maryland and ask for Angelo!
Angelo Peri is a top notch account manager. He goes above and beyond to assure that all of our waste needs are met in a timely fashion.
Doesn't even deserve 1 star. Doesnt answer questions. Rep literally screamed so loud at me for asking why they didnt service daily this week then used profanity at me. I had to ask over 10 times for a manager, OVER 10 times! Yep. Called back and the next girl immediately is rude to me and says we are trying to get a manager. Hes in the yard you will have to wait. Manager comes on phone and actually accuses me of cursing too. What kind of customer service is this? Why did I have to ask so many times to get a manager on the phone? Not to mention, service is not consistent.
Avoid this company if you can. We provided a credit card for automatic billing, which they subsequently \lost.\ Instead of calling us, they stopped picking up trash for 2 months, then charged us for those two months. Impossible to get calls returned, or questions answered.
