Not a terrible place to work but the company does not care for the employees the way they insinuate that they do. Almost got fired for the first time in my work career over a misunderstanding and instead the company took a large sum of money from my paychecks, on and around Christmas. My equipment was not working more than it was and it made it very difficult to do the job that was promised to the client. Do not recommend if you are looking for anything more than a starter job.

FireCatt showed up 30 minutes early today. Each and every one of their employees were respectful and friendly towards the members of the Department. We severely underestimated our total hose inventory, but they got everything tested when we nearly doubled the inventory we initially told them. Great company to work for. Ive seen more of the country in a year than i have my entire life! One of the best opportunities ive had in a long time. They treat you well and make sure you are taken care out on the road. You are almost guaranteed to climb the ladder in this business if you are motivated and ambitious. A lot of people complain about wages, but this company pays hourly, pays daily perdium and pays drive time for those of you with a license and pays for your hotel stays.There are benefits and also pay for attending meetings and training. If you ask me Fire Catt seriously values their employees!!!

I definitely miss the life on the road with Firecatt. Met so many cool people and made some of the best memories of my life. I flew past a van this morning on the highway by 68th st in my Challenger and it brought back all those great memories. 4 years later I'm still telling every fire fighter I see about Firecatt and what amazing & accurate work they do. I would love to come back when the starting wage climbs more
