Have used Denver Flame twice to service our 15-year-old fireplace and have been very happy with them. Office staff are helpful, responsive, and explain everything up front. During most recent service, Buck arrived on time and completed everything as promised - down to small details like touching up the paint inside the fireplace and replacing the embers. Fireplace looks and works like new. Highly recommended.
