When covid put me out of work for over a month they were extremely understanding of the situation I was in and did everything they could to help me through the time that I was having trouble keeping up with rent. I have lived at 404 Moul Ave for 9months! And my ac has been broken since may! Yes they came out and recharged it x2! Since been pushing the issue to get fixed had to get a lawyer and Threaten to hold rent. They said be coming out next week to replace everything. So done with this company give my notice so be warned if move into this place make sure the ac is work! Also they wanted play games saying my grass was to high. That’s crazy because I had some guys cut it last week. So only 1-1.5inch long. Just looking get back me. I guess. Strongly suggest go anywhere else but this company. Also very long time frame get back to you! Have fun. I also had buy 3 ac at Home Depot to get house cold cost about 800 bucks. What tell cut me a break because? No tell me was my chose to get them after ac been out for months on end and not forget 500 dollars electric bill since had cover for no ac. Please go anywhere but here!!!!!!
