I have never experienced BETTER service in Miami in my life; not even at my own business! The owner Hugo is so professional, such a gentlemen. Their quality of wrapping is impeccable and they go the extra mile, I had a deep scratch on my X5 that I never even mentioned, somehow I got my car back and the next day I realized they completely erased it (I never even said thank you, so thank you!). I’ll be going back to do more wrapping they’re awesome - the tinting looks fantastic too

They truly live up to their name. Hugo, Alphonso, Julie, and the rest of the team gave me first class service. They made me feel like VIP from the estimate I got on my Tesla Model 3 wrap and window tints until the finished product which looks amazing. Unfortunately after a week of having my beautifully wrapped car, I was in an accident and the repair required 3 panels to be wrapped again. The team scheduled me in immediately, and got me my Tesla back looking like brand new in one day! If you are considering these guys, don’t bother looking elsewhere, their prices are great and the quality of work is top notch, however, what makes me the happiest customer is the care and service they give me. Feels like family and I know they will continue to take good care of me and my Tesla in the future. Highly recommend!

I called these guys to help me with some tints for my Model 3. The gentleman who answered the phone gave me all the info I needed and helped me make a decision, he offered to take the car the same day and have it done within 5 hours, I told him I wasn't available and offered tomorrow. He quickly made my appointment. Upon arrival I was greeted by the owner Hugo and one of his associates Alfonso. From the first interaction these guys made me feel comfortable and were extremely friendly. I let them know what i had decided in regards to the type of tints and asked how long it would be, they told me 5 hours. 3 hours and 30 minutes later i received a text saying my car would be ready in 1 hour. I arrived and they brought my car around and sure enough it was ready and looking amazing! I was again, very impressed by how friendly and professional the team was and will definitely be returning. After 5 days, my tints look awesome, they are very equipped to work on Tesla's and I would recommend them to anyone. Thanks again and will see you all again!

Alfonso and his team at First Class assisted us with window tinting for our Mercedes GLE SUV. We are more than happy with the service and communication with them. Setting up an appointment was very easy and I was called the day prior to confirm. The tints look amazing and for the price I was charged I know we got a fair quote. Alfonso checked in after the appointment to make sure we were satisfied which means a lot! We can’t wait to return for ceramic coating for the MB and BMW!
