Great staff! Handle adults and kids well. Safe environment and lots of fun! With the hour trip there and back. My grandson enjoyed his time immensely!

The hospitality we were shown in the kindness from all the staff was exceptional. I've been here many of times with this particular visit stood out above all the others. The others have also been good visits but this one was different.The owner or possibly the main manager, a male, was so kind to my family and my grandson. He went out of his way to make 7 little girls feel very special and like winners no matter where they placed in their particular race. They laugh ,they giggled, they played ,they were happy and content when they left with everything they had done and been shown in this facility that speaks a lot as you were entertaining seven little females clean facility clean bathrooms wonderful staff thank you for a birthday none of these girls will forget and 2 year old grandson with a trophy he can keep forever. * yes they had mask on during the visit but not the photos.

The good: It's a good facility and the cars are well maintained. Expensive but worthwhile if you are really into Go carts. Adults can really enjoy this. I'd say at least 16yr to really appreciate it. Staff were polite. The bad: Very minimal Covid precautions or cleaning. Second, It was quite a bit of delay. You need to buy a minimum of 2 races, and there is a long wait between 1st to 2nd, which the staff does not inform about. Finally, the PA system where they call your name is very difficult to understand. So you're going into each time they make any announcement to verify. In short, If you're 16yr, really like go carts, and have the time to wait, go for it.

Our family of 4 arrived at k1 early in the afternoon at around 1 o’clock. They initially gave us no warning as to how long the wait would be. After waiting for an hour and a half, we approached the workers for an update on when we would be racing. They said another hour. We waited another hour and a half. When we asked how long the wait would be for the second time they said that there was a private event going on and the wait would again be likely over an hour. They hadn’t said anything about a private event. Horrible management. Overall, we waited for over three hours and left without even getting to race (thankfully we got a refund, but what a waisted afternoon). Plus the French fries sucked and everything was dirty. Wouldn’t recommend.

We were traveling and only in town for one night, the boyfriend came up with the awesome idea to go go-kart racing so he can show off his skills from when he use to race when he was younger. This place was perfect to do that and we had a great date night! it's a little pricey but overall we had a great time. If we're in the area again, I don't have a doubt in my mind that we'll end up here again so he can kick my butt, just like the first time.
