Robert came out to flag utilities for my mothers new mailbox post to be installed, after high winds from a big storm snapped the post in half. He went above and beyond, and helped me to secure the broken post to metal stakes with nails, cable ties, and nylon so that she could receive her mail on time, while waiting for the new post to be installed. Because of the storms and many people needing new posts, it is going to be about a week and a half before her new post will arrive. I am so very grateful for his willingness to help and for his genuine help and concern, so that my mom doesn't have a delay in her mail delivery!!!
