We love this winery. We live locally, so have the joy of being able to visit quite often. Their wines are absolutely delicious. I have liked every single white wine there that I have ever tried. I have never been a fan of red, but Barren Ridge even has a couple of reds that I rather liked. The staff is wonderful, so friendly. The grounds are beautiful. We love to sit on the patio, so pleasant. They are also very pet friendly. I can't say enough good things about this winery. Don't miss it!

A lovely family-owned vineyard with such hospitable and kind staff. The wine and cheese were delicious! We just so happened to visit on a Saturday, and the owner had brought in two violinists who played lovely classical and Christmas music on the patio. The vibes were unmatched.

There was one flight available instead of the option to pick wines that you prefer. I got 4 I didn't care for but others in my party enjoyed the white wines. Beautiful view.

We spent a few hours here after having the place recommended by some locals. What at pleasant surprise it was. The vineyard is gorgeous, the wines are excellent and the staff is so knowledgeable and friendly. Can easily recommend it to others, and will definitely stop by should we ever return to Virginia!
