I went to buy a Jeep I saw online. Carlos was the sales person that I worked with. ZERO PRESSURE, ZERO HAGGLING. Best car transaction I have ever had in my life. This place is professional! Great sales team. The wonderful lady at the front desk worked for the group over 21 years if that is testament to how they are. Jose Cordero is who you need to ask for if you NEED A JEEP! If I ever need another car I will drive again 4 hours to this place. It is worth the trip and professionalism.

I recently went there to get a Jeep Wrangler and feel in love with the one I got financing on, however a few days later they said that I had a second lien holder on my trade and would need an additional 3000 to clear it up. I never even heard of this lien holder. When I asked for the information John didn’t refused to provide me any information and told me I would have to Google the number. When I contacted that second lien holder they had no information about that. I really got done over on a vehicle I loved. I will not be going back to this dealership EVER.
