Andres was helpful, thorough, honest, and responsive....no nonsense and no pressure. I knew exactly what I was buying, and the whole process was efficient and easy; it was absolutely worth it to drive the 7 hours from Colorado. I'll be the first to admit I was a little leery about this place because of the bad reviews, but I have to say, this was by far the best experience I've had buying a car ever! Cris and Andres were awesome. They weren't pushy like at other places. We went in to buy a 2013 Mini Cooper for our daughter and was already approved by our credit union. Everything went so smooth. The car is perfect. Our daughter loves it. I definitely recommend going to Fiuza.

Great selection of VW and lesser cars. Happened to bring in the one I was looking for (from Californian no rust). Purchased the car and on the way home had an issue. Even though I did not buy a warrantee I drove it back and they too care of it. "It should at least get you home" was the comment. I would and will go back in the future. We had a great experience while looking for a car at Fiuza. Marcos treated us super well and was always available to answer our questions even after our visit. Unfortunately, the car we were looking at needed some repairs that exceeded the amount we were willing to spend on it. That's when we experienced first-hand the integrity and customer first approach that Fiuza has for its clients. They understood our decision, and treated us as well as they would have if we had actually bought the car from them. Although we did not do business with them at this time, I would definitely consider them in the future. I highly recommend Marcos. He is the best!
