I spent two weeks at this job. Three of the workers have been there 20 years, then the other 2 have been there less than 6 months, if that tells you anything about the turn around rate of its employees. You will spend two hours in an interview where you will be promised growth and benefits, only to start being put in a moldy office by yourself where you are expected to remain until lunch hour where you are either to go somewhere else for lunch or sit in your car in the parking lot. Terry will tell you to buy something and then get mad that you bought it. He will be upset for sending a list of parts to another employee who asked for the list. The deals you run by the other employee, who has been there for 20 years, and they tell you to buy he will tear it down and be upset you bought it. When you run the part by the other employee and they explain why it's a bad deal, he will later insist that you were wrong and tell you to buy it. You will spend your time here walking on eggshells, only to have all of your decisions ridiculed and torn down. You will never do anything right in his eyes, even when you do exactly as he tells you to do. You will not be trained for your position, but you will be expected to know everything about it. I took part in writing the manual for my position three days into my job. When you ask a question he will tell you it's in the manual, that I helped write. After giving notice that I was leaving, I drove the hour and a half to work the next day only to be sent home before even logging into the computer when i wouldnt agree not to leave. Do not work here.
Down to a skeleton crew again and again and again. No one but the hard core psychos last more than a few months here at best.
