Really nice people and very knowledgeable. Had my Tohatsu outboard serviced recently. Did a great job. Will definitely use them again. Wanted to address the wait time complaints of other reviewers. I’m sure it’s frustrating when your boat is down, but these guys are as prompt, or more so, than any other marine repair shop. The fact that they are routinely backed up is just reflective of the fact that they are good at what they do, and they are busy with lots of jobs.

These guys are the best. I have multiple experiences with Marine Mechanics, and its all good. They are the most knowledgeable in the area. And I even got a bottle of hot saice! Very cool!

Took outboard in for water pump install. Cost would be 220. Took in on a Monday, told would be done on Friday that week latest. Friday came, and no motor. Was told they did not have part and now would be Mon or Tues the following week. Then was told that they wanted a 100 deposit, even though they had my motor (600 value) in their shop. Told them I wanted my motor back, and picked it up. The same day I bought a pump (original equip mfg.) for 42. Installed myself in 2 hours. Read between the lines!!!!
