I've had a total of two visits to Flawless Reflections for Laser Hair Removal and everything has been exceptional! The location is very clean and the front desk staff is friendly and welcoming. They offer you refreshments while you wait. (But There is no wait, because they are ALWAYS on time). Ivy, the laser technician, is professional, friendly, and very observant. She is always checking to make sure I am feeling good during the treatment. I waxed for over 7 years and I was very nervous to start laser hair removal because of many horrible stories that I have heard. BUT, I am beyond grateful that I found a place where I am having such an amazing experience and amazing results. I will not stop telling people about my wonderful experience!

They require you to sign an arbitration agreement,which means that if you have a malpractice complaint you are responsible for your own court costs and give up your right to a jury. I've been to many med spas and never had to sign anything like this. A lot of people may not understand what they're signing. Made me exceedingly uncomfortable and I'm wondering why they feel the need for this protection. Make your own choices, but this made me very uncomfortable. The spa itself looked clean and nicely decorated, would have liked to have had service here

Just had my first visit and was extremely impressed. Van took the time to explain their services and answer my questions. I was not rushed and I felt very comfortable and confident in their practice. Even tho it’s a bit of a drive for me I will definitely be back and use them for all my services. They are also expanding the facility and their services.

I made an appointment with Van to see if he could fix some filler I got somewhere else that was done poorly, and I was a bit traumatized by my past experience. Van took his time to talk me through what he was doing. He was very professional and I could see a huge difference right away as he filled in my cheeks. I’m so pleased with my experience at flawless, and I can’t wait to see how everything heals The office was clean and calm and the front desk staff were so sweet. I will definitely be back :)
