Wonderful store! So many amazing things, luxury pens and notebooks. Also, people working there are very professional, knowledgeable, kind and helpful. I needed to glue my pen that broke and went here - instantly received kind help. Jeremy Samure fixed my pen, advice to me and helped me a lot. Ryan and Gabriela Who were working at the front desk/ register and the store were so nice to me, greeted me very friendly. The compliments to this place. I saw that the best professionals work here, the store is absolutely amazing , many options to choose from. 100/100!

My first fountain pen! I explained my needs (watercolor) and my experience (none), and the salesman (unfortunately forgot his name) helped me pick out an appropriate pen. We went thru several options and I picked out a Faber Castell. I love it so much and have been using it every day. Customer service excellent :)
Great place for all my Pen and stationery needs, they even do amazig gift wrapping. Great selection on pens and where else can you feel the real thing and get expert advice before buying, Amazon I don't think so.
Wonderful service. Perfect place to purchase some new pens (they'll help you pick one that's right for you and your budget). You get to try the pens before you make your purchase; can't do that when buying online. Unique selection of stationaries and gifts too!
I have never struck out at Flax Pen To Paper! They are great people with great merchandise and I makes me happy to support them. Definitely my favorite store in Alameda! This is my go-to stop for the younger set on my gifting list.
