Took off work for physical. Was told when I got there that Dr. Wong couldn't do my physical because he wasn't my primary physician. Wow poor communication. That mt my primary wouldn't be able to do it until in December. Didn't even feel bad. I had already been waiting. Changed clinics.

I had an appointment at 11 and one at 2 I asked if they could just do the nurse visit while I was there they told Me come back in 30 min and they would so I did and sat waiting for an hour, after went to the window asked if I needed to come at regular time and got no answer! Very rude front office

I wish I could give more stars the staff are friendly and patient not to mention the nurse practitioner that I see char is the absolute best I was so nervous that I wouldnt be listened to and she made me comfortable enough to talk to her and confidence in her word thank you so much for your service. Oh and a nurse named Ruby she was also very sweet and understanding and made me super comfortable with the whole appointment. Would recommend anyone seeking mental or physical health.

Everyone is really nice except one particular male doctor. He might be the only doctor (not a NP) and he was more than rude to me. He obviously has never been informed of HIPPA and the nerve of this man is unfortunately not very surprising because other doctors have done this, but they never yelled at me from behind the reception desk while I was in a waiting room full of ppl about my medications and his assumptions about me personally. The people I have seen and have helped me tremendously, took my complaint seriously. Changed my PCP so I did not have to see him again and also squeezed me in so I would not be without my meds.
