There Is not a lot of people blasting music .people are not weird they all protect each other like family kids arecnice not a lot of grama fo the perents or kids.
I have leaved here for 3yrs and I like it very quiet and very clean people are very nice
When we first moved to AZ they took us in and worked with us. Lived here one year and was really fun with my kids being babies at the time. Walked everywhere. Plus felt safe cause every one was a cop or an c.o.
I lived here a year when i first moved to Florence 2016 -2017 and it was great. Management fluctuated but I never had any issues with getting ahold of anyone or getting anything fixed if i had any problems. Its manganged by valley income properties. This is the only apartments in Florence that are not income based which is great becuase i make to much but not enough for a house rental. The apartment rate was a great and i couldnt have been in a better place. No loud neighborhoods and everyone was friendly. The laudry area could be better or cleaned better there were black widows at time. Maybe they just need to spray more Often for spiders and bugs. in the shared laundry you can use your card but it costs a tad more and the coin thing works sometimes. Just make you spray your apt with bug spray becuase of black widows. However i have seen them spray the around the outside of the complex for bugs and spiders. We live in arizona and a rual area so your going to have bugs and spiders. No big deal and i have no complaints. It was the best place id go back if i ever need a once bed or two bed apt. I suggest it to friend and co workers all the time. I always felt safe and Florence pd always drove through the complex at night too
