My mother had a wonderful experience and we learned so much about her hearing loss than anyone had ever told us in the past. We understand much more about her loss and ways to assist her to understand. The staff is patient and kind and understanding as well as informative and give each patient the utmost time, problem solving and and consideration. By bar, Florence Hearing Health Care exceeds in every area of audiology needs and we are happy to travel 30 miles to achieve such a wonderful end result.

Florence Hearing Health Care is the best hearing company I have dealt with. I have worn hearing aids my entire adult life. Recently upgraded my hearing aids and received them just as the pandemic broke out. Received a call last week when they reopened having me come in for new hearing aid adjustments. The experience was amazing. Dr Sowards took what time was needed, explained everything she was doing, and I walked out hearing better then when I walked in. Thank you for a pleasant and safe experience.
