Ok. I am an owner operator of 20 years. I've been from coast to coast and been to truck repair shops near and far. I had what I thought was a wheel seal leaking and I looked on Google for repair shop near me. I picked Truck Services of Florence because of the great reviews . It turned out that I had a cracked rearend housing and that was causing my leak. Dealing with Tom was my very best repair experience I've had in 20 years of trucking. He was very knowledgeable and being that they also have a salvage yard they also had a good used rearend housing available for my repair at a very fair price. While I was there Tom also recommend other necessary parts to replace to avoid further damage. I also addressed a cutch adjustment issue and Tom worked several hours to resolve an issue with a twisted clutch arm that another shop caused. In all I was there for a couple days where as the guys in the shop had no issues running me to the motel and back. Tom is one of the instructors at the local college desiel mechanic school. So when I say knowledgeable that is an understatement. This shop is a one stop complete repair shop. If they can't fix it then no one can. It took me 20 yrs to find this shop and and fortunately you wont have to wait that long. I'll be a passing through regular from now on. I hope this review helps you. It was great service the shop personnel were great went on a test drive we me in my tractor trailer and did a proper balance of my steer tires. To fix the vibration issiue from the front end that I was having problems with and fixed a leaking wheel seal no waiting on my part to get service and they even let me park my loaded trailer over night because it is alot easier to find parking at a truck stop at night driving bobtail instead of pulling a 53FT Dryvan trailer . I highly recommend this shop for service work
