Ardent was my first experience with hospice. It was very satisfactory. They supported my needs 100%. My nurse, Jodi, was the best. Always available. She prepared me for what was coming so l wasn’t shocked or confused. Thank you Jodi. The continuous care nurses (Cheryl, Amanda, and Tanya) were professional and knowledgeable. I can’t remember the names of the overnight nurses that helped me in time of emergencies but they were great.

I want to sing the praises of the wonderful staff at Ardent Hospice. To a person, everyone was kind, compassionate, friendly and helpful. Even better, they were extremely organized, professional and responsive. We had 24/7 access to nurses, aides, a caseworker, on-call staff and even a chaplain. When the hospital was set to release my step-father for in-home hospice care, they gave us a list of several companies to vet and choose from. I did my research and chose Ardent. Best decision ever! Even their sub-contracted medical supply vendor was top notch, bringing out equipment immediately when needed. For those of you looking for a hospice care company to walk you through one of the most emotionally difficult challenges in life, rest assured, Ardent will make an outstanding choice!

From their quick response time to their consistency in staff, they truly offer the best possible experience for patients and their families during those difficult times. They are absolutely a beacon of light for those they care for and provide support to. They truly understand the privilege of helping one in the last chapter of life. Best hospice company hands down.
As a member of The Oaks Senior Living team from April 2018 to August 2020, I had the pleasure of seeing my residents cared for and serviced above and beyond by Ardent Hospice. They have a total care approach that not only encompasses the welfare of the the resident/patient but families as well. In addition, this approach not only includes the medical piece, but the social and spiritual as well, and is supported by a team that includes nurses, chaplain, aids, well trained volunteers and better stated, your Ardent Family. I highly recommend this hospice.
If you are looking for a hospice company for a loved one or friend then I would absolutely recommend Ardent Hospice. They have some of the most compassionate nurses and caregivers I have ever met. They also make the whole transition process very easy and answer any questions you may have. Their whole staff from the beginning to the end makes you feel like family and gives you that sense of knowing your loved one is in the best hands
