My mom has been coming here for over a year now and we are so grateful to have found this place. For surgery, my mom sees Dr. Melissa Kinney. Dr. Kinney has cared for my mom with compassion and courtesy each and every time. She is an answered prayer. For oncology, my mom sees Dr. Michael Park and he brightens her whole day. She tells everyone about how kind Dr. Park is. He always takes the time to treat her with empathy. For radiology, my mom has seen Dr. Charles Lee. My mom says she would go to radiation just to see him because of how friendly he is and his strong faith. He is very charismatic and personable. In my mom’s words, she would “give all three doctors five stars.” We would definitely recommend this oncology center.

I'm very sad to have had such a terrible experience this morning with the front office staff. I checked in for my follow up appointment this morning and waited 30 minutes before I was called up to the desk by Hope Skinner, who was not in the best mood today 2/5/21. When I was called up to the counter she informed me that I needed an updated referral for the new year from my pcp, which I completely understand that- however, It would have been nice to at least have gotten a call from whoever verifies these appointments and insurances prior to me wasting time away from work. Not only did she make me wait 30 minutes in the lobby just to inform me that she cancelled it, but she had whomever was in charge come up and belittle me with her condescending tone and demeanor, treating me like I was ignorant. They treated me so poorly. 0 Stars if I could.... It's sad that the insurance companies don't have other places that take me... great doctor, poor staff in the front office... whoever this Hope Skinner is should really evaluate how she treats the patients. It's bad enough we are all having health issues just to come in and be treated like that. We are not numbers in the system, we are human beings, with real lives, thoughts and feelings. I think doctors should take more pride in who they have as their staff... This event happened today 2/05/21 at 10:35AM at Flower Mound Texas Oncology.

I’ll give this place a -5 stars. My wife had to get iron IV infusion before giving birth. (She was considered anemic) called to make a appointment they told her she had to pay first then they will call her to schedule her. They where quick to take the money and never called, my wife would call and even showed up in person twice and nothing. Long story short, my wife gave birth naturally, the baby ripped her and bled out for her anemic situation, lost so much blood she had to get 5 bags of blood transfusion and one bag of iron in the hospital. I could of lost my wife, thank God she is fine now. Almost a month after giving birth y’all decide to give a call back! i think y’all need to take your job serious. People’s health’s are in jeopardy here.

Worst customer service. Really long waiting time. No point in calling cause they never pick up. Its like the people that work there really don't care about the patients.
