Disappointed to see this place go so downhill. Walked in at 2:45 on a Sunday (after trying to visit several times lately during normal hours only to find them closed), and was turned away. There were people dining and waiting for their order. The person said they were getting ready to close. I think it important to support restaurants and small businesses during this time, but if this is how this place is run now (look at other horrorible reviews lately) then they need to shut down and make way for a well run business. Don't waste your time here anymore.

Oh man, terrible experience. At first we thought they were understaffed but it turns out all 4 slackers couldn't stay up front at the same time. They were all slow and never more than 2 were visibly working at the same time. It took an HOUR to get our food. They were out of things, food came out in stages. Once \served\ they all disappeared again- we could've walked out but we're honest people. No apologies, no hustling, no compensation. Food was OK- some was hot/ good. Some was warm. cold.

HORRIBLE!! This place opened at 11a I made a 2 pound rib family order at 1pm and they told me they were out of ribs due to a large catering order. In three hours you sell out of ribs!? Who is doing inventory!? Dora the Explorer? Not only that but it is super bowl weekend they should have had plenty of food with catering orders taken into consideration far in advance! Especially RIBS! I will not ever give this place my business, I’m content with paying more going to Shane’s which has greater reviews and seems to be WAY more prepared and organized

Food was good. I think it may be a bit pricey, but the brisket tastes authentic and is worth the price once in a while
