Besides their bait being kind, they have all kinds of bait and at good prices. Worth checking out.

This is a good fishing store right here in Flushing- near by Kessena park. The store is not too big, but you can have various fishing materials you need. They got nice rod and reel. But seems to be more expensive than Walmart. The customer service was great. The guy will help and assist according to your needs. He is very polite and nice guy. Check it out please !

Good store, fair prices. A wide selection of tackle from high end g.loomis, lamiglas, shimano, penn all the way down to good quality cheaper tackle. Has any line, jig, lure, hook or accessory one could desire and its all well organized (really important) especially for a small space. Parking is limited but street parking nearby ain't bad

Before I write a formal review.. let me say this. This tackle shop has to have a secret formula in their bait; because each time I buy their bait, it catches fish after fish, after fish! Right in the broadway section of flushing, lies this small little bait shop. It’s nicely located close to kissena park, and not far from NYC’s north shore fishery. I am a south shore guy at heart, but when I’m in town passing by from work, this little spot produces superb fresh bait, whether it be clam, bunker or worms. They’re not like that tackle shop that will rush you to buy their frozen bunker and then claim “it’s the best”. The clerks welcome you and immediately ask if you need help (and do take their help, especially if it’s your first time there) and will gladly assist you with bait and recommended rigs if you’re going bait fishing. They have a wide variety of reels, and last time I checked, the rods are coming in nicely (brand new lamiglas rods were in stock and the carbon surf looks AMAZING!) do come with cash just in case.. as they could run into issues with the card machine. Each time I’ve gotten bait from them, it’s incredible how the fish just want it. I’ve been content with the bunker catching a nice handful of sharks, due to it being juicy and bloody.. you just can’t beat fresh! Their clams are incredible too, catching (and releasing) slot sized stripers in the spring run. If you’re close by and you want your fishing supplies or just getting started with fishing, don’t be afraid to try out this spot. Support local!!!!!
