It is terrible no hygiene and disgusting store hours it does not take 2 wheeled scooters which is a shame would not recommend

The owner and his staff are excellent. They helped me carry my battery from the parking lot to the shop. They were very knowledgeable and helpful in every way. GEM Wheelchair saved my vacation trip. My old charger stopped working and the owner sold me a new charger that is twice as good as the original charger for a fair price. And the shop was open on Saturday at 9:00am. And they charged my battery at no extra charge even though I offered to add on the fee. Jeff is a real gentleman. My visit was worth 10 stars. I use the scooter on the plane too. Without the new charger my trip would have been ruined. Thanks again GEM Wheelchair & Scooter Service. You're the best in my book.

A reasonable and trustworthy merchant this is. I have had two scooters from them for my parents. They have been very happy with them. The merchant has done battery replacements and parts maintenance for us during the past 4 years. Nice and easy, all well done. Recommended!
