Very welcoming church! From the greeting, to the cafe, and to the sanctuary, everyone is very friendly and welcome you with open arms. The youth ministry is taught with passion and encourages middle schoolers and high schoolers to walk in faith in their schools and their extra curricular activities. The children’s ministry teaches straight from the word of God, therefore, teaching the kids instead of just babysitting them. The service is also taught directly from the word and pushes the congregation to equip themselves with the armor of God as they put on evangelical events to reach the community and save souls for the kingdom of God.

Have not been to this church in years, back before they were still in the old building off of foothill. While we were still new in going to church it was ok and we were trying to find a church home. They are nice, but we were nevne really ever felt welcome or part of the group. There were many prefamily groups it felt like. We also felt outed partially because we had kids and were not married. We were told me had to get married before anything on more then one occasion. Btw we had kids before we ever started going to church. So that was kind of disappointing to us when we were starting out.

Over all the church was ok in my opinion. I was late and they were very accommodating. The first person I came in contact with at the front desk was very welcoming. He then led me to the back entrance as the front entrance is very near the pulpit so completely understood that. The next person I encountered was very very welcoming and madee feel very comfortable. I did my best to remember his name but at the moment I just can't, not good with names, lol. He very politely led me into the sanctuary and found me a seat. My first impression of the pastor was his clothing, very tight. That wouldn't really be a problem but it seemed to be on purpose. Now I see nothing wrong with keeping yourself fit and wearing tight clothes to accentuate this is typical, I stay fit and am guilty of the same thing. But to see a pastor doing this, in front of the congregation seemed unusual. Regardless I wanted enjoy the sermon. I received a lot from the Word that was spoken. I believe he has a real heart for God. But I don't really see the point of the at least five references to the gym and his trainer. I just look at things the other way around and don't think it would be appropriate for a female pastor or any female involved in ministry to come to church dressed in tight fitting clothing obviously wore to accentuate her body. I just think this is some food for thought for the pastor and his congregation. Also as I walked out of the service with my three year old son, no one at all greeted us or even made eye contact with us. Everyone seemed very happy and upbeat, but with each other. It just seems as new people visit your church it's important to make them feel welcomed. My boy adn i, for now will probably continue to look for a home church, but wish and pray that God will bless your church.
