Yyyyyyyyeeeeessss! You’ll never buy Bed Bath & Beyonds kitchen stuff again! I love all the things I’ve purchased here. For me, mostly little things: a scale, a milk warmer, a sieve, various spoons. I gifted my mom a propane outdoor single stove burner and she loves it. All great purchases for the price. I’ve used my 6 qt pot a couple times and love it! The guys were very helpful and cool. Check it out!

I bought a brand new Omcan display case model CL-6F. After only four months in operation, the LED lights stopped working. I called Omcan because the display has warranty. They mailed me out a part and then called me asking if I had any technical experience. Are you kidding me?! I make custom cakes not fix appliances. That is exactly what I told them and they said they will send out a technician. Two weeks later no one came and Omcan called me again saying they have a hard time finding a technician who is willing to do the work. Wow!!! Again they asked if I can replace the part myself. I opened up the display myself and saw no part matching the one they mailed me. Again Omcan said they will keep looking for a technician who can fix the issue. It has been another two weeks now and still no lights. I keep calling and txting Milton of Food Industry Supply who sold me the unit and he completely ignores me. Very disrespectful!! At least have the decency to answer my phone calls.
