The staff was more than accommodating and very pleasant. The doctor seems very knowledgeable and wasn't hard on the eyes either. He listened to my suggestions and advised me of different option and let me decide how we would continue. I was very impressed.

Once again I had such a GREAT visit with Dr. Nelson! He explained in such wonderful detail my options for improving my feet health. He even wrote things down for me so I wouldn’t forget later. He explained to me in detail about trying a different type of shoe for the health of my feet. I left there feeling so happy and satisfied with my experience. I’m so glad that I chose this place to come to! Dr. Nelson is truly a doctor that helps you to feel so relaxed!
Dr Nelson was very thorough in explaining how my condition could be treated. I liked his personality and passion for his profession and his patients! Definitely recommend!!!!
All the staff is very nice and personable. Check in easy and didn't wait long. Doctor was very knowledgeable. He made sure that what he was doing was ok with me. He make sure the techniques worked that he gave me. Nurse was very friendly too.
I absolutely loved Dr Jordan Sikes and his staff! They made me comfortable, though out my procedure (which was a toenail removal) . They gave me my options on what the outcome could be and explained which one would make the most sense and had the best outcome. But they left it up to me. And yes....I got charged, out of pocket, 150 for being a new patient. THEY TOLD ME THIS on the phone when I called to make my new patient appointment! I got the money back in a couple months (with insurance). Not a big deal! Excellent care, gentle procedure, along with a little humor. It was a fantastic experience! While I hope I don't have to have anything else removed, If I do, I will go here again and again!
