The staff and Dr. Nesheiwat were lovely. As a person who has been marginalized with pain complaints in the past, it was refreshing to be heard and helped in a quick and professional manner. I would highly recommend for any foot issues. Absolutely smashed my expectations.

I love the staff and doctors. Everyone is so nice and the doctors a very knowledgeable. I have been seeing them for about 4 years. They have helped me tremendously with my flat feet. I definitely recommend them. There are a few different doctors in the practice. I have seen 2 of them and they were great.

Very nice front workers. Helpful and courteous nurses are also the dr was very good explained everything and answered all questions took his time you were not rushed out the door. Highly recommend this group of drs.

I made an appointment in their Washington office, which is about 25 minutes from my house. Upon arriving, there was no one in the receptionist area. I waited fifteen minutes and then I called the number, had to leave a message. I received a phone call back from a receptionist that told me they no longer worked in the Washington office. They still had the Washington office listed on their website and their name was still on the door of this office. The receptionist had an attitude, telling me she was the one that made my appointment and would have never told me it was in the Washington office. I would have never made an appointment at their Hackettstown office, as it is about 55 minutes from my home. TERRIBLE customer service practices. Not so much as an apology for the confusion. Will most definitely be finding another doctor.
