HORRIBLE SERVICE *********We ordered dinner online with curbside delivery. When we arrived at the appointed time the man that answered the phone said they are very busy and it will be another 10 minutes. After waiting the 10 minutes called and he again said that they were busy and we could go in and get our food.I had tipped almost 20% based on curbside delivery for six people. I was very frustrated so I called back and requested most of my tip be refunded and he passed me over to a female. She said they couldn’t help me and would have the owner contact me...no phone call. Why offer curbside if you are too busy?!!! I will never tip prior to any delivery ever again. The food wasn’t worth the ordeal.

Eaten here a few times now and always been satisfied. Large portion, quick service, hot food. Free miso always hits the spot.
My son is the one who had me order food from here one day their food is very good they had good portions decent prices the order was ready exactly when it was supposed to be… Basically you get exactly what you’re asking for… I’m sure they have human error but all places do but for a tiny little ninja bowl place I would say it’s really good and being in Forest Grove there’s not very many places to go to we’re having lunch here again today
I always come here to eat and I love this place but on 1/2/2021 at 7:45 pm there was new people taking phone call orders and I order 4 hot and spice chicken with shrimp some egg rolls and potstickers I went pick them up got home nothing was right I called them they told me to take my food back and they will remake them when I got there they had my food ready they lady was so rode and mad at me and still charge me 4 dollars cuz this was more expensive then the other food anywhere else they would of not charge me more and would of gave me anothing this for messing my order up but no she was mad and rode
