I was quoted a price for my purchase and was told what my trade was worth. I said I could not do the deal for that low of value on my trade. I got the standard I will see what I can do. The salesman came back and said he got me what I needed for my trade. When it came time to sign the papers they had increased the asking price for the car the exact amount that he got me for my trade. After 3 hours of waiting and cleaning out my Truck, I just wanted to get out of there so I signed. I really liked the truck but did not like how that was handled. When spending that kind of money integrity is important.

She was fantastic great to deal with and walk us through everything. I would recommend her and I want to also thank Jesse with the financing for are vehicle. I recently purchased a 2020 Silverado. I LOVE the truck and dealership! All the staff was friendly and helpful - I would recommend Forest Lake Chevy to everyone I know - their pricing is great - they have lifetime power train coverage, complimentary car washes and they cover your 1st oil change when you are ready - this is a must visit dealership, you will be glad you do business with them!!!!

The sales and finance team (Jessica and Matt) were so wonderful to work with! There was no pressure to buy or to upgrade what we wanted. So down to earth and easy to work with.
