Couldn’t be happier with the experience I had with Koppy Motors in Forest Lake. Reached out to Koppy on a used truck they had that caught my eye. Called the office and a gentleman named BRAD answered. Brad worked with me on my trade in of my old truck and the purchase of my new one. I know my situation was an intricate one and Brad handled it with the same energy from beginning to end. I truly felt that Brads #1 priority was to take care of me and make me happy. I also worked with Matt to sign the final paperwork. Matt too was great, my time with Matt was brief but he seemed like he was nothing less than what Brad brought to the table. They got me my truck in great condition, thoroughly detailed, with an included warranty. I CANT SAY ENOUGH ABOUT KOPPY MOTORS OF FOREST LAKE, BRAD AND MATT. 5 STARS!!! OUTSTANDING!! KEEP IT UP!! If you want a easy going fun experience buying a car come to koppy they literally get you the best interest rate and the best cars. So yeah go hit up my boy Mitch because he is truly a slugger.

They sold me a bad truck. Covered up rust with new paint that quickly fell off. Service engine light quickly turned on after purchasing truck. When inspecting the part that is malfunctioning, it's clear they put in some effort to cover it up long enough to get it off the lot. 4 wheel drive doesn't work. They covered it up by locking the wheels into 4 wheel drive on the rims. Charged me full price as if there was absolutely nothing wrong with the truck. This dealership went very far to cover up problems and charge full price rather than properly fixing the truck I purchased. I called them and complained that there were issues. They never returned my call. This dealership screwed me hard.

Looked on line for cars at Koppy Motors in Hinkley they had a SUV i was interested in next day a guy named Al called and set up appointment to go look at it , Loved the car bought it second car we bought from them will always go buy from them again Great Guys!
