Was hired here as a temporary employee working in a clerical position. Considering the phase of my life I was in at the time of hire, my experience was initially positive. I was excited and looking forward to advancement, I felt welcomed. However, using my discernment, my time here has come to an end. I'm obviously not perceived as someone that can work in a capacity extending greater than data entry. The environment is toxic to some degree. The temp employees aren't treated equally and it's unfair, instead of commending someone that's making an effort to earn a living as oppose to resorting to laziness, they judge! My position was obviously belittled by upper management. My response to that is, we bleed alike, we're both working for someone else rather than ourselves. Yes, slaving for someone else. The nerve to look down on someone because of their status. I still feel amazing after the judgment that has been placed on me. I'm blessed to know my worth and politely remove myself from an establishment that's racist and judgemental.
