Horrible experience trying to get our NTS delivered to our new duty station. I have sent multiple emails only to never get a response. When someone does answer the phone, they stated the department I need is on another call and to call back in 30 minutes....beyond frustrating!

Zero stars - been working on setting up our move for over a week and no one returns call, we are left on phone tree hold for \u003e1.5 hours only to be disconnected when we are next in line. Worst experience ever. No accountability. No assistance. Would NEVER recommend anyone work with this office. Needs to be shut down and re-configured.

Dealing with this office is by far one of the the worst experiences I have had anywhere in 14 years in the military with 7 different PCSs and 3 deployments. Once you are packed out they abdicate all responsibility you are someone else’s problem. Their standard answer is call the TSP. By the way when the you call the TSP their standard answer is call JPPSO. So you won’t get help either way. It took me calling the JPPSO HQ and playing phone rage with the equivalent of a GS15 to get anything done. They did not send a QA/C person during our unpack and our rental house now has holes In the wall. Want help trying to fix that? Call the TSP -good luck getting anything out of the TSP though - this JPPSO office wont help you. You want to get a question answered - be prepared to wait 2-6 hours on hold if you get an answer at all. Send an email? Good luck. If you could rate them at negative stars I would. I would rather be back in Afghanistan getting shot at then dealing with them.
