Owning a recording studio means that eventually your most relied upon and most frequently used gear will eventually just stop working! And that usually happens at the most inconvenient times. This is where Chris Cecil comes in. Invariably, Chris has the ability to rapidly diagnose and effect repairs and get us back to work as quickly as possible. Not only that, but Chris also works directly with our hardware vendors to coordinate repairs / process RMA info, and then insure that those repairs were performed according to his own very high standards. If you are in a business that relies upon high performance electronics or if you are a hobbyist with some "treasured-gear" that needs a little TLC, go to Chris! You'll be amazed at the breadth of his knowledge.

I brought an old McIntosh amplifier to Chris to have some repairs done. The amp had a loud hum in the noise floor, as well as a few issues just from it's old age and the work that had been done on it previously. Chris did a fantastic job, sourcing parts directly from Mac when needed. He went over the issues with the amp, demonstrating the problems, and what he wanted to do to address them. He let me know along the way what the cost would be and what my options were. The amp came back looking immaculate, and sounding even better than before! I wouldn't bring my gear anywhere else!

I bought a used fender twin soon after it developed a hum. Found Chris on the internet and made an appointment. He did his magic on my amp and it sounds great. He found out the guy who owned it before did a bunch of mods, he put it back to factory specs and better. On top of that he sold me an iMac for a really good price. I would highly recommend Chris for both amp and apple related issues. Thanks Chris.

After my new speakers were damaged by UPS, I was lucky enough to find Chris through a quick google search in the Fort Collins area. Chris was flexible, easy to reach and demonstrated a great deal of wisdom and competence, which helped quell my frustrations towards UPS and gave me hope that my speakers would be OK. Chris was extraordinarily thoughtful and meticulous in his assessment and repair, and also took an authentic interest in me and the speakers I had purchased. Chris kept me in the loop throughout the entire repair process and even provided a helpful tutorial on the inner-workings of speakers and how to care for my speakers going forward. As a budding audiophile this was greatly appreciated. While Chris did a terrific job with my speakers, it was his clear love for all things music that I valued the most. I will surely be contacting Chris in the future for any questions or repairs I may have.

Brought my computer motherboard to get a surface electrolytic swapped out with a upgraded one. I couldn't find anyone in the area to take on the job. Chris was very respectable and took this task on, I will say he did a outstanding job and very well priced. Computer is now back in commission thanks to him. I would recommend to anyone looking for electrical repair!!!!!!

Chris is very knowledgeable in the world of audio and electronics. He thoroughly explains the situation and probable solutions. He goes beyond just repairing your equipment and will even suggest possible or common future issues you may run into from his vast 40 years of experience. Chris will also follow up with you to make sure your device is performing as expected. In my case, he fixed an 18 year old Yamaha keyboard which works great again. He is the only one around with this type of knowledge and experience based on my search for a repair person. I am confident you will be very satisfied with his work.

My fender hot rod deluxe completely died on me. Chris replaced the transformer, power tubes, and a couple resistors. He also fixed the reverb tank and rewired the whole Amp. Sounds better than ever now. The price was more than I thought, however Chris does do very nice work and you will get what you pay for.

Helpful, friendly, and exceptionally knowledgeable! Fixed my Kurzweil keyboard for me for a great price and in good time. It has a lot of sentimental value for me, and it was nice feeling that it was in good hands. Couldn't recommend Chris more, great guy and great business. Thank you!
