I've taken my bike here several times and have had a great experience every time. Jon is friendly and always very honest. I had a new tube and tire put in several weeks ago and the tub popped about a week later (no fault of Jon's, just a defective tube). I came back this weekend and even though there is a tube shortage he did his best to try replacing with a smaller tube free of charge. That ended up not working either, but I found a tube at Walmart and he put that on for me, again no charge. I appreciate the great customer service, and will be coming here for any future needs!
Today my friend got a flat on Spring Creek Trail. I googled “closest bike shop” and this bike shop came up. It was like 2:56pm and they closed at 3. We showed up right before closing, and John stayed late and changed my friends tire in just a few minutes! So happy they were there!! Highly recommend and will be back for future bike work.
I want to give a shout out to Jon! Thank you so much for taking care of us! Definitely the best selection of BMX bikes in Northern Colorado!!! I highly recommend going to check out Lawson’s Cycles in Fort Collins!!!
This is the best place in fort Collins to bring your bike. John is amazing and honest I appreciate them and they are the only place where my wife and I take our bikes for any repairs, tune-ups and basic service questions.
