Stopped in to test ride my dream bike, a Triumph t120 black. Honestly, blown away by how great the service was. Everyone was outgoing, friendly, and really helpful. Salesperson Matt was awesome, knowledgeable, and clearly loved his job and these bikes. I haven't saved enough to buy yet, and these guys gave me zero pressure, but I was tempted to buy just because they were so great. So, just saying thanks for giving me a great experience.
These guys are the best. Quality service, low pressure, it feels like a collaboration to get you the bike you want. Alex (Salesman) was absolutely amazing in how he approached the sale. He answered all my questions and even answered a few I didn't know I had. His knowledge is impressive! I Absolutely recommend you ask for him if you are in the market for a bike. After we found the bike Jonathan (Sales Manager) stepped in and the Collab continued, excellent service and knowledge as well. I ended up buying a 2020 mF850 GS Adventure and couldn't be more pleased. I am going back this Saturday for an install of some parts I purchased extra and am bringing donuts to say thank you. If you need a bike and they have it, don't hesitate to talk to Alex and Jonathan, you won't be disappointed.
I have been there twice and both experiences were exceptional. I would recommend NOCO to anyone looking for a fair deal and great services. If your looking to buy, ask for Matt. Not only did he take care of me while I was there, he also followed up to make sure everything was working properly and I was happy.
