I've been going there for over 10 years and have never had a problem with customer service. I have probably been serviced by everyone working in the office. I just went back a couple days ago and still had great friendly service, it took me longer because the computer lost connection and I wasn't getting registration for a regular vehicle. Covid has slowed the service down but the ladies in this office are friendly and professional.

I have no idea why this office was rated low. Some people have never been to a real DMV or Tag Office. Everyone was helpful, and there was no line. Definitely better than waiting hours at the non-Fort Hood locations.

This is not the Driver's License office. You need the Department of Public Safety (DPS) office for Driver's Licenses here in Texas.

The lady that assisted with registering my vehicle from KY to TX was professional and extremely efficient. I was in and out of there in fifteen minutes. I showed up with all of my documents filled out completely and in order. They were in compliance with social distancing and only three customers in at a time. Highly recommend this place. Although you can easily pass this place since it's right before you enter the gate, not actually on base. Highly recommend and thank you. Please note it's about 75 for registration but approx 195 for each initial submission for each car. That took me by surprise but they take all major credit cards with a 6 charge. Also have an ATM machine there with 4 charge.
