In my short time there I was treated with great respect...Starting with Giselle behind the glass...Class act!!!...I couldn't ask for a better \Welcome Committee\...Carlos and Katherine were totally professional with my X-Rays and Ultrasound. There are multiple choices for Akumin in my area. I chose wisely with the Akumin on US 1 in Fort Lauderdale. Thank you to Giselle and the staff!

Good Morning! I do not recommend this clinic because of the lack of education of the attendant and for charging me 200 dollars wrong. Pay attention to you who have insurance.
Had an appointment for 7 PM, called to ask me to come in at 5:30 instead. Very much appreciated. Spoke to a lovely woman named Giselle. Very friendly. Of course she had to remind people to wear their masks -one took hers off to use the phone?? and the other left through the hallway and office not wearing it! I know we are all forgetful of the mask, but don't be so rude to people who are just doing their job.
Heroes doesn't give Ms. Lori (Ultrasound) and Ms. Guiselle (Front Desk) a proper word. THE BEST! From the phone call for an appointment to taking all (5) Imaging Tests. Their Customer Service was OUTSTANDING!!! Thank you Ms. Lori and Ms. Guiselle! They made a long day into a great day! Seriously, Ms. Lori and Ms. Guiselle are Outstanding at what they do!!! Thank you again!!
Absolutely horrible. I've been trying to get a copy of my sons bone age disc for weeks. They won't mail it to the dr, they won't let my son pick it up and when I went they had me waiting for 30 mins and wouldn't give me back my license to drive somewhere while I as waiting when it was supposed to be ready. I ended up leaving without it once again. The office is so small they had the office PACKED and 10 people waiting outside. For a healthcare facility the protocols there were awful, zero social distancing people were on top of each other. I will never use the place again.
