From start to finish, they were extremely professional and offered their best insight into my terrazzo floors. I will admit, I shopped around for different prices and ultimately chose colonial for their professionalism, price, history in the area and despite them not being the lowest price, I felt it was the right choice for us based on those factors. We talked all the way thru the project and they delivered an excellent result. I frequently engaged with them on how to properly care for my floors and they have always responded graciously to all my inquiries. Could not recommend them enough.

They gave me a very accurate estimate and gave me a very good deal for removing the stains on my Terrazzo. The stains I had are barely noticeable and we have some ghosting. I mean it’s a 60 year old home. What wouldn't have character thats over 30 years old. They were quick to return my calls and just had great service overall. They communicated to me clearly what they were going to do and how long they would take while keeping me posted throughout the process. I had a great experience with them and I will make sure to mention them when someone I know needs someone to work on their terrazzo flooring.
I contacted them to schedule them to come and give me an estimate to restore my terrazzo floors. Due to times (COVID-19), they advised me that they were closed for business and would re-open sometime later. I emailed them back and asked if they recommended any other terrazzo restoration companies; they suggested two companies. Once I received my two estimates, I forwarded the estimates to them. I was not expecting them to tell me which one to go with, I just wanted to make sure that the estimates were something standard to the industry. They had no problem answering all my questions and comparing my estimates! I wish that I did not need to have these floors done so quickly or I would have definitely used this company. I have never met another competitor in the same industry (especially in south Florida) that would go above and beyond to take the time to do this for me. Thank you again for your professionalism!
The services provided are fantastic and are a great price for the amazing job they do. If customer service is something you care about, then you will be beyond satisfied. Ray helped me out and is great! He kept me up to date on the entire process, definitely take advantage of this wonderful company!
The response time is super fast with this company and their work is incredible. Ray answered my call right away and they were out restoring my terrazzo floor the next day. The workers are polite and clean up. I thought my terrazzo floor was not salvageable, but it turned out like new. These guys are GREAT! I highly recommend.
