Awesome local bike shop, super friendly staff. I went in for a ting sound on rear wheel of my performance road bike, they tensioned the spokes, trued my wheels and gave me my bike back the next day, with a 90 day warranty. The annoying sound is gone. Great job folks! Thank you, I’ll be back for sure for servicing my bike.

Great experience throughout with the biggest highlight being an excellent staff! Everyone was knowledgeable, willing to help, professional, and exceptionally friendly. I would like to start by recognizing Paola for providing excellent service initially by phone and then by being extra attentive and helpful during my in-person visit at the store. It was also incredible to see the entire staff truly working together as a team throughout my visit. Mike, JT, and George were all ready and more than willing to answer every one of my questions as it related to my bike purchase, even as other customers and needs were being tended to. Based on my initial experience, and knowing how other bike shops operate in South Florida, there is no question that this is my shop moving forward. While I am still waiting to take delivery of my bike, and I am yet to use their service department, I do not expect for my review to change in the months and years to come. I hope this review is received by prospective customers and the owner of the store alike. Keep up the great work.

Just purchased a Cannondale gravel bike from this store. It took me several visits to make my mind up over a few weeks and I dealt with Mike the manager every time. He was always courteous, knowledgeable and never pushy. Great service - highly recommend!
