Both of these doctors are incredible. They helped me with my recurring bladder cancer and they’re both very knowledgable, caring and sensitive to the patient they are caring for. The office staff are amazing as well love seeing them even if it’s under the worst circumstances LOL

On my follow up with doctor the lady in the office asked me to pay my co-payment and a bill from the first appointment, that it was my responsibility after my insurance paid its part. I actually had received the bill on the mail the day before the follow up appointment. I explained to her that I just received the bill the day before and I would like to talk with my insurance company first and then I would send her a check on the mail and I was willing to pay only the copayment for the follow up appointment. She told me flat out that I had to pay both amounts or I wouldn't see the doctor today. That were her exact words. Guess what? I didn't see the doctor that day. The doctror is OK. The device that he used to examine me looked like it was from the 80s with a very thick tip, I thought that it was outdated. This is a late review, this incident happened quite awhile ago, but I did the review now because I was looking for a urologist and his name came up and I felt that I needed to have other people know what happened to me because I always look on google reviews from other people before I make a decision for a doctor.

Horrible customer service. The staff ladies are absolutely unprofessional and disrespectful. That office is handled like a mini-market and the professional services are limited to procedures (all done in -house) to raise your bill non-stop. There are so many great and caring professionals, but not in this office. Stay away.

While the Doctor is good his staff is unacceptable. They have now twice charged me for a visit incorrectly, resulting in both me and my insurance paying when only the insurance company should have paid. I do not have a co-pay, yet they insist on payment as if I do. This has now happened TWICE.

Dr Pintauro is a exceptional doctor. He takes the time to explain your condition and whats the best method of treatment. He will even make follow up call to check on you, to see how you're doing, He is a doctor that I would recommend to my family and friends.
