went to Best Buy paid 200 for geek squad to recover 1.8TB of some VERY IMPORTANT footage to only find out days later they could not do it, and it required a level 2 process which cost 1,700 -3000 I went to Downtown computers and got it done for very good price! I recommend this to any one in the USA
