Received the Gunther Mazda invitation and decided to try them out for a little issue. Was able to get an appointment the same week even on a Saturday. First impression was very positive. Beautiful, open and spacious entry for the service where you are welcomed by one of their friendly and smiling(!), yes masked, service advisors, Nelson in my case. Inside, again spacious, service desk where they explain the process and then you can wait in the lounge until your car is ready. Everything went smoothly, safe and friendly. I did decide to do a maintenance as well and was happily surprised when my car was ready, it was also washed! Definitely coming back for the next service! Thank you Nelson and team! A

My friend and I visited this Mazda dealership over the weekend and we had the opportunity to meet and be assisted by Oliver, Mazda Sales Specialist. What a sincerely kind, helpful, courteous, knowledgeable and professional individual. My friends always ask me to help them buy or lease cars so I have a lot of interaction with sales people. Hands down, Oliver is at the top of the list, just a super guy and extremely helpful. While Oliver was putting together a deal for us, we like to wonder around and see other vehicles in the showroom. The remainder of the staff were super kind too and the hospitality, second to none. I must say this dealership has an awesome team and exceeded our expectations. Great vehicles, really impressed with the safety features and standard options on these vehicles. Well Done Oliver!
It’s always a pleasure to take my car for service at Gunther Mazda. My service advisor Terry is always so helpful and friendly and totally genuine. My wait time today for oil change, tire rotation and inspection was so quick. By the time I made it through a few work emails, my car was washed and ready for me to go on about my day. Highly recommend this dealer.
We had a very bad experience. We made the appointment to change the oil. As it is a new car, we had to do it for free, pre-established in the contract. The first surprise was that they told us that we had to pay for it because that \free\ service was at another agency, 40 minutes away. the supervisor did nothing to help. while we wait, we find a discount coupon for this service on the Mazda website. We show it to you to at least have a discount and the surprise is that it does not apply to the type of oil that our car carries (it does not clarify the coupon). Finally, the wait was a closed sector, without air conditioning, so it was an endless 60 minutes. Not recommendable
