Just what we need! More gentrification! Our neighborhood is safe. Fifteen years living here and we have never had any issues. This is a great neighborhood. Friendly people. Kids playing outside. Neighbors talking on the stoop. The new people moving in are already wearing out their welcome with these rude comments about our regular working class neighborhood being “rough.” Want a cookie cutter neighborhood with perfect lawns? Move to Weston. We like our neighborhood how it is. So sick of the thinly veiled comments about the families that have lived here for years.

Seems like you are drunk. I have not been to Lennar at edge on 20th so far and I don't plan to go there any time soon as i can't afford
Lennar has been a huge disappointment and the lack of follow up and responses from this company has been extremely disappointing. The closing process is horrible and the staff is unprofessional. After you close on the property it’s impossible to reach anyone for any support. We purchased a gated community home included with a home association; and I have been living here since September and even tho we pay for a home association their is none! But they still charge us every month for the none services they provide. And we still don’t have a gated community. The gate has yet to be completed and they have no estimated time frame for this either.
Lennar construction has no regard for neighboring communities. They are currently building new condos behind my house. They have chosen to build right against our property line, and have damaged many peoples backyards in process. They have taken way to long to fix this issue, and it is extremely disappointing that a company this large is so unprofessional.
Don’t do it! The lack of follow up and responses from Lennar has been extremely disappointing. After you close on your house they do not follow up on any unfinished pending items.
LENNAR has yet to follow up with us regarding the delivery of our community gates, our pool amenities and also all landscape around the property. Our backyard grass is completely dead because the sprinklers are not working. 4 moths of complaints and no one calls us back, but they do collect the association fees each month even though the community is not complete. Lennar is neglectful, untrustworthily, unreliable and are horrible at customer service.
We did a walk through with the sales team and the community looks like a very rushed job. Not sure how the city permits were approved . Not worth it.
