This is a biased review. Dr. Cassel went from being my therapist to being my friend. I've introduced him to my wife and daughter. During our sessions, Dr. Cassell is a great listener. His guidance and advice are right on. A single session with him gives me a week's worth of thinking, pondering, and proozling (my grandma's word for snoops). I don't think he does this on purpose -- nevertheless, i always have a lot to think about in between sessions. Personally, Dr. Cassel and I get along very well. He's quite sarcastic but never cruel. He uses harsh language but he's never mean. Bottom line: a wonderfully patient, insightful, and genuinely loving man. My wife wants me to keep going -- and I will keep going to him until I'm able to change my deep conscidnce.
