Ordered several times for pickup & delivery, cancelled all after going through situations like not receiving certain items or not any orders at all. One day I was supposed to receive pickup at 2 pm & I received a text at 7:50 pm stating that my order is ready & I arrive at 7:58 & guy tells me order isn’t even picked & was cancelled! Now my girlfriend placed an order for Valentines Day for our diner & was supposed to be delivered between 2pm - 4pm & ended up not even being picked or delivered. Unfreaking believable!! Called Broward location where pry was coming from & lo & behold no answer!! She contacted help center & they hide behind a text message & told her to call the store. This store really sucks & management needs to step up!!

Wow is put simply the crime rate must be the highest in the state there's trailers with cameras in the parking lots and camera vehicles patrolling from a private company called Brosnan security when you go Into the store you pass uniformed guards and the store reflects the area spray paint is behind glass cases even 6 dollar fishing lures are behind glass cases. Theres was even a method out lady screaming for over an hour in the parking lot.

We ordered some things for our Christmas tree and we wanted to pick it up. Our order was delayed twice, and when it was time to pick it up, we waiting 30 minutes to be helped. A lady said that the machine we used didn’t work. After she left, a very nice and considerate man, Evan, did his best to help us. He was on his lunch break during all of this but at the end he helped us. He didn’t say the machine was broken. Overall, I suggest just going into the store to buy your things. It wasn’t a good experience, but Evan made it better. :))
