I had a terrible experience with this company (west palm beach , fl). My doors arrived and they were all damaged. It took weeks for them to pick them up. They didn't return calls. I couldn't reach them. Now they say it will be another 10 weeks to get new ones. Terrible customer service. I would never buy from them again. I would give zero stars but I couldn't select none.

Really don't understand how a huge company uses this good for nothing company. I have a new home and the door frames were short, they came out and said they had to be replaced. Well they replaced them with the same short frames but 2. They had to come out again and said that they had to talk to another manager about it. IT HAS BEEN 4 MONTHS! and close to 9 months with the issue. They should be fired from the job site!!!

I have been waiting for my frames to get redone for over 6 months. This is a new home with frames that are too short.

I have been waiting for my frames to get redone for over 6 months. This is a new home with frames that are too short. I was told that they approved to redo 2 out of 16! Is this a JoKe?
