hi guys i just wanted to let you that I did not know I new horizons and that these keep harrssing and I do not talk to my self my brother taylor he makes up all of these things does he always talks about his problems and then he trys to blame me for his problems iam not addicted drugs I didn't sniff anything these keep following me I take my medication my morning medication for my allergies and my night medication for sleep other wise I healthy

Not trans-friendly whatsoever. I've been deadnamed (I have severe PTSD) and called a man over the phone because the staff wasn't trained to deal with transgender people (this is after I had requested them call me my preferred name on numerous occasions). Fix your broken system and add a preferred name and pronoun section, posers. The office staff isn't well trained to be sensitive. They have violated my right to individual dignity multiple times and done nothing about it. EDIT: I was called a sir by the \trained\ counselors on the phone in a crisis situation. This place is not trans friendly whatsoever; the LGBTQ friendly sticker should be removed at the front office. They do not mean it.

Drove my adult son there to see if they had a room. He is a recovering addict. Has been drinking a lot and stated several times that he wanted to die. When we arrived he was stumbling. They came to the door, told me to take him to the hospital. They couldn't help him. I asked for assistance while I went to get the car. They refused. Told me to put him on the bench. Not to leave him standing. They would not be held liable. Before I could even get to the car, they were gone. They acted like he had the plague. What is the point of going to a detox center, if they will not help you? Very cold, callous staff.
