As a Tax Center in general? One star. I rate this center a one star simply because not all of the staff here is experienced, or has the knowledge of what they're talking about/doing. Today I had the pleasure of waiting two full hours while my tax return was being "prepared". After being told 5 minutes, 15-20 minutes about four times, I was finally able to sit down with the tax worker. I sit down and what do you guess happens next? The worker just now starts to input information. Another 10 minutes go by and I am now just being told that I am missing a document and I would have to come back another time. They had me in the waiting area for two hours just to tell me I am missing one document. Will be heading to H&R Block in Manhattan next week.
