This is our first time doing this, and we did it during the snow. It was magical making me feel like I’m in Winter Wonderland. Sarah was our guide, she’s very patient and informative. Skunk and Shadow are our new little friends. They’re such good boys and well-trained. Definitely will go back to visit them. We had a very fun and exciting experience. Highly recommend this place!

Had a wonderful experience. Celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary my wife and I shared a 90 minute horseback ride. Our \wrangler\ Sarah was a real treat. She was personable, engaging and entertaining. The horses (Junior and Hank) were gentle, but had interesting personalities. The ride had enough challenges to make it interesting, it did not feel like we were riding pack horses tied together. We would love to return with our grandsons!

It’s a nice quiet out of the way ranch. Did the two night stay and half day train ride. Accommodations are sparse but clean and quiet. The ranch grounds are maintained well. Staff is polite and really cares about the guides receiving appreciation. Our guide was knowledgeable and experienced, most of all took care to help us enjoy a safe experience. The horses were great and know the trail like the back of their hooves. Recommend this ranch for a unique experience.

First time visiting late Oct 2020. Camping here was great but we had to leave early due to impending storm. Wish we could have stayed as it was beautiful and so peaceful waking up to seeing horses right outside our camper. Owners are super friendly and welcoming and the trail ride and guides were great! Kids loved the mules and horses. We can't wait to go back! Wish we didn't have to wait so long to go back.

Wow! We love the new owners! It is such a gift to work with a family owned establishment. Sarah is a wonderful guide! We really enjoyed our visit, it was a 20 minute drive from Luray! Our house, Doc and Twister were beautiful and well mannered. We enjoyed the opportunity to to bond with the horses at the end of our ride. We took the hour trail ride through the woods with blue jays and lovely streams. We look forward to airbrush time in their cabins in our next visit, with excellent wifi to work or attend school remotely!
