So, for me the idea of purchasing a new vehicle is overwhelming. I was ready for a new vehicle, but had no idea where to start and even pulling up in the parking lot I was already getting anxiety. I was greeted by name from a year before! Being a professional in a customer service setting, this is an amazing way to represent outstanding customer service. This is not including the genuine conversations, pricing transparency, and professionalism. I found a very small residue where the pricing sticker was on the window after detail, and Justin took the vehicle back to have it detailed without me asking and he cleaned my entire vehicle again himself. He also spent time showing me and setting up all my electronics inside the vehicle. Everyone was so friendly and professional. Thank you Justin Swanson, Junior Johnson, and Jared Johnston for taking such good care of me.

Get our Buick serviced here. Great employees. Waiting room always has snacks and coffee !!! Interacted with service writer Josh on 15 Feb, received outstanding service and support from him. All questions answered and good follow up support after completion !!! He deserves a Gold Star on his door and on his employee shirt !!!!!!! Top notch employees like Josh are hard to find. Recommend this place !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
